First off, quality is great. Very happy with the printing & material (it’s not on a roll, though). I ordered them in hopes of getting them asap. Made sure I uploaded art and approved it immediately. Unfortunately, they didn’t ship until 4 business days plus a weekend later. Seller said there was a printer issue after I questioned it. I completely understand issues come up, but I wasn’t made aware until after I asked and ended up losing several days and there was no help made with expediting shipping to make up for it. Hopefully just a fluke order. I’d just keep an eye on the timeline better next time.

Shipping is constantly an issue. Product is good but im running a business so when I give my customers a time frame, it should be met. It is not next day shipping even if you approve your proof immediately. Its closer to a week or 10 days. Will no longer be doing business with them. When asked why i still dont have my order, an excuse was given when I asked but should have been relayed right away, not after a week of it not arriving.
