The stickers are fine. The issue is with the customer service. They send an automated message delaying your shipping time frame if you don’t upload your design right away. A 2 day delay on my end caused them to send me a message saying the shipping timeframe was delayed by 9 days. I reached out to them to ask them to cancel the order in that case to which they refused even though my proof had not been approved at the time so they hadn’t even started the order. I understand why they say no cancelations for a custom order but so early in the process you’d think they’d be willing to work with me more. After A LOT of back and forth they said it should arrive in time for my event so I proceeded with the order. The water bottle labels are fine but the customer service was not. Some empathy goes a long way.
